Exciting New Developments at Bushburg
We are thrilled to announce that Bushburg is now managing The Rocklyn, a beautiful new residential building located at 20 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. This
property embodies the vibrant spirit of the neighborhood, offering modern living spaces that blend luxury and convenience. With its contemporary design and prime location, The Rocklyn is an exciting addition to our growing portfolio, and we can’t wait to share more details as we continue to make it a home for its future residents.
We’re also working on an incredible transformation at 80 Pine in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District. Currently under construction, this office-to-residential conversion will offer over 700 residential units, scheduled to be completed by the summer. The building will feature a wealth of amenities, including a spa, pickleball courts, lounges, gym, and much more, spread across 10 stories. 80 Pine promises to be a landmark development that redefines urban living.

At Bushburg, we love bringing people together and creating memorable experiences for our residents. Recently, we hosted two fantastic events at our properties, making sure to add that special touch to the community atmosphere.
Super Bowl Event at The Highland
The Super Bowl event at The Highland was a hit! Residents gathered in the building’s
beautiful lounge to enjoy the game, great food, and a lively atmosphere. It was a perfect way to bring everyone together to celebrate the big game. The event had a cozy yet energetic vibe, with plenty of opportunities for neighbors to socialize, relax, and cheer on their teams.
Valentine Flower Shop at Orchard
This Valentine’s Day, Orchard residents created their own personalized flower and balloon bundles. Whether they were gifting themselves or sharing the love with others, these thoughtful arrangements brought a little extra joy to the building. It was a wonderful way for residents to express their creativity and spread kindness within the community.
La Dolce Vita at PLG
PLG residents recently gathered for La Dolce Vita, an evening that truly embodied the essence of refined living. The event was a celebration of community, bringing neighbors together over fine wine, delicious bites, and the sounds of live classical music. The atmosphere was nothing short of magical, with elegant décor setting the perfect backdrop for an evening of conversation and connection. Residents had the chance to mingle, meet our new management team, and enjoy a sophisticated yet relaxed setting that felt like a slice of European charm right at home.

Office Highlights
We believe in creating a positive work environment, and that means taking time to celebrate special moments together. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting some events that brought some extra joy to the office.
Birthday Celebrations
We kicked off both celebrations with a sweet moment for Joe and Tony, as we marked their birthday with delicious cake and plenty of good company. It was a simple but meaningful way to show appreciation for their hard work and to celebrate another year of contributions to the team.
Pizza Party
In honor of Valentine’s Day, we treated the team to a pizza party, sharing a casual and fun lunch to show our appreciation for everyone. It was the perfect way to spread some love in the office, enjoy great food, and take a break from the usual workday hustle.
2025 Employee Gathering
Our Employee Event in Nōmé. It was a night filled with gratitude, camaraderie, and of course, great food that everyone enjoyed. A heartfelt highlight of the event was bidding farewell to Laura, who is taking an extended leave after an incredible 20 years with the company. Her dedication and contributions have left a lasting impact, and while she will be greatly missed, we wish her all the best on this next chapter. Thank you, Laura, for everything!
