Exciting New Developments at Bushburg
Go Leasing!!
Last week, the first two residents officially moved into The Rocklyn! Cue the confetti! 🎉 But wait, there’s more! We’re also celebrating some major leasing milestones across our properties: The Highland is now 71% leased, Orchard is at 60% leased (we’re getting there!), PLG at 80%, and overall, our entire portfolio is at an impressive 98% leasing rate! It’s a fantastic time to be part of this team as we continue to roll out the welcome mat for new residents.

Construction Progress at 80 Pine – Moving Full Speed Ahead!
Things are moving fast at 80 Pine! The construction crew has been making incredible progress with plumbing now in place and HVAC systems being installed. Framing is officially underway, and in just two weeks, we'll see electrical work kick off and windows being installed. It's exciting to see everything coming together so quickly, and we can't wait to watch this project continue to take shape. Stay tuned for more updates as we make our way to the finish line!

Angelina Paris Hot Chocolate at The Highland and Orchard
Our recent Resident Event featuring Angelina Paris’ famous hot chocolate cart was a cozy and indulgent treat for everyone! Residents enjoyed rich, velvety hot chocolate, renowned for its creamy texture and decadent flavor, straight from the iconic Parisian cart.
St. Patricks Resident Event at The Alexey, Bergen Royal and The Ridgewood Theatre
Our St. Patrick's Resident Event was a fantastic celebration that brought neighbors together for an afternoon of fun, Guinness, and cupcakes! Residents enjoyed a variety of Guinness beers alongside an array of delicious cupcakes. It was the perfect opportunity to mingle, meet new neighbors, and celebrate the spirit of community.
