We’re thrilled to welcome Cathy Burton as the new General Manager at 80 Pine!
In just her first week on the job, Cathy has already delivered an incredible win: she successfully negotiated with Con Edison to waive over $140,000 in additional deposits and late fees on our steam account. That’s right—$140K in savings, thanks to her strategic thinking and strong leadership.
