Welcome to a New Week!

This week we will continue working on Bushburg Repeatable Tasks Lists and Standard Work Process. Remember that the deadline is April 21st. If you can't finish it by then, please let Sam G know. Follow this link to the Google Doc.
Survey Results will be shared soon. So be on the lookout for any updates on that.
Water Delivery to 3611 Office is this Tuesday April 20th.

We are also going to start using what is called Bushburg OOO Shared Calendar, everyone with a bushburg email will be able to access this calendar after clicking on this link. What does OOO mean? OOO means Out of Office, and from now on, when there is a moment or a day that you will not be available you will make in your calendar an out of office (see link for example) within an hour the Bushburg OOO Calendar should be updated. When someone goes into the Bushburg OOO Calendar they will be able to see anyone who is out of office at any given time. The Out of Office Feature should be used moving forward for any time that you will not be working, and won't be available for any work related issues. Working remotely does not count as ooo, as you are available and working, even if you are not in the office.
