Bushburg at the BOMA NY Spring Soirée
Bushburg was proud to be represented at the BOMA NY Spring Soirée on the evening of May 14th. The event brought together professionals from across the commercial real estate industry for an evening of networking, connection, and celebration.
Jeffrey and Katrina made a strong impression at their first BOMA event, engaging with vendors and industry peers throughout the night. Jeffrey is currently an Emerging Professional member of BOMA NY, and Katrina was recently approved to join the Emerging Professionals group this year.
We also extend our congratulations to Jared and Cathy B., who were officially approved by the BOMA NY Board of Directors as new members of the Association.
Bushburg is proud to support and mentor the next generation of commercial real estate professionals, and we’re excited to continue growing our presence within the BOMA NY community.

Recent Events at Bushburg' s Properties
At Bushburg, we love bringing people together and creating memorable experiences for our residents. Recently, we hosted five fantastic events at our properties, making sure to add that special touch to the community atmosphere.
A Roaring Good Time at 117 Grattan
On May 20th, we transported tenants back to the Roaring Twenties with an unforgettable event at 117 Grattan. The event was nothing short of spectacular—complete with live jazz, handcrafted cocktails, and gourmet bites inspired by the decadence and charm of the 1920s.
The atmosphere was electric as the smooth sounds of a live jazz ensemble filled the air, setting the perfect tone. From flapper-inspired flair to vintage vibes all around, the event brought neighbors and new faces together in a celebration of community, style, and timeless sophistication. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and made the evening so memorable.
Broker Bash at The Rocklyn
Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting an unforgettable Broker Bash at The Rocklyn, in partnership with The Guarantors — and what a night it was!
From start to finish, the event buzzed with energy as industry professionals gathered to network, tour our stunning building, and get a first-hand look at what makes renting at The Rocklyn such a smart choice. But the night wasn’t just about business — we brought the fun too. Brokers enjoyed curated refreshments, music, and a raffle packed with exclusive prizes.
Memorial Day Cookout at The Highland
The Highland residents came together for an unforgettable cookout to kick off the summer! With 40–50 residents in attendance, the lounge came alive with incredible food, games, music, and good vibes all around. The menu was a hit: pastelón, ribs, creamy mac and cheese, fresh salads, and more kept everyone coming back for seconds. Signature summer drinks kept everyone cool and in high spirits. Residents played spades, dominoes, and cornhole while grooving to a lively soundtrack of R&B, bachata, and merengue. The energy was warm, welcoming, and just what we all needed to start the season.
