Bushburg New Phone Script

In the past we have had problems with our phone system, where people will call and it would go to the wrong person and other times the phones would get un answered or ignored.

In effort to make things flow better we have changed the script to the phone system. This is meant to make calls more efficient and to avoid unnecessary time wasted in calls that are not meant for you.

The new Script that was chosen is the following:

If you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time.

Please be advised your call may be monitored and recorded for quality and insurance purposes.

Please listen to the following menu options, as we have recently updated them to better suit your needs.

For a company directory by name, please dial 1.

If you are currently a tenant and would like to be transferred to a building representative, please dial 2.

For any leasing related questions, please dial 3.

For accounts payable or other financial matters, please dial 4.

For construction and development related matters, please dial 5.

To leave a voicemail in our general inbox, please dial 6.

To repeat these options, please dial 7

Please enter the first three letters of the first name of the person you would like to call.

For Elky Hoffman, please press 1.

For Elky Kalisch, please press 2.

Please enter the first three numbers of your building address.

For example, If you reside at 123 Madison Avenue, please dial 123.
