Software Updates and New Features
BOX Sign - As mentioned last week, Box has included the new feature of digital signatures. Not only can you send documents to get other people's signatures, but if you are sent a document to sign, you can easily digitally sign it through Box and send it back. No more need to print and sign anything anymore!!
rmResident - Rent Manager has recently launched a new App for Tenants, called rmResident. The rmResident app is available for download on Android as well as Apple (iOS) devices and will give your tenants the ability to do such things as:
View Transactions
Make payments
Submit New Maintenance Requests
Check the Status of Existing Requests
View Their Basic Account Information
Contact the Property Manager
