Office News

Today we officially start with Justworks for GR1 Group LLC employees.

What does this mean?

• Justworks becomes our Co-Employer as of Today 06/28/21

• Time and attendance will be tracked through Justworks starting today. (more information on this will be sent by tomorrow)

• PTO - Paid Time Off will be requested and approved only through Justworks. (Side Note: Since next week Monday is 4th of July Observed/ bank holiday/Floating Holiday, please make sure that you request the day via Justworks if you will be taking it as a floating holiday)

• First payroll from Justworks will be received via direct deposit on 07/09/21

• Health Insurance Plans start on 07/01/21

Changes in the next weeks

• This week you will still get paid on Thursday from Viventium, because you will be getting paid for the work you did last week.

• Next week we start getting paid with Justworks, which means the payroll will have to be submitted by Monday morning, and payments will be received by Friday morning via direct deposit.

• PTO Policies will be set up this week so that everyone can start requesting when needed.

What stays the same?

• Payroll for Vertices Holdings employees will continue to be processed via Viventium and will still follow the Tuesday/Thursday processing period.

• Payroll for GRPM (Florida employees) will continue to be processed via Paychex and will still follow the Mon/Tue processing period. (NOTE: In the coming months this will start the process of transitioning to Justworks as well, more information will be given as time gets closer)

New things coming

• An Employee Manual

• Clear PTO Policies, including clarity on Floating Holidays

• Information on Harassment & Discrimination Prevention Training as required by NYC
