Conditions for  referral reward: 
Cannot be combined with broker representation. A new 12 month minimum lease is signed by the new resident. One year leases will qualify for a referral reward, which shall be paid to the referring person by check, or account credit. In order for referring person to receive the reward the rental account must be in good standing.
