To earn the bonus, resident must be in good standing and currently living at a Bushburg property at the time of the friend’s lease start date. Referral bonuses will be received within 60 days of the referred's lease start date. Referral’s  lease must be a minimum of 12 months and they must not be an existing Bushburg resident. The Refer a Friend bonus is not applicable for referrals who transfer within the Bushburg portfolio or are represented by a broker and cannot be combined with another offer. Refer a Friend bonuses are in the form of a Rent Credit. You must mention the offer before/at leasing signing to be eligible. Bushburg reserves the right to withdraw offer at any time.
