Welcoming the year 2021

Finally 2021 is upon us and even though we may be afraid to have high expectations for this year, we do move forward with hope for the future that is before us.

2021 has already brought us a Blessing here at Bushburg, which is the birth of Bassy's baby boy! We all wish her the best and we can't wait to see pictures and meet him!

For this week's updates we have the following:

• This week's article comes from the AvidXChange email that Tuli sent regarding clearing queues and disputing invoices. You can read it by clicking this link.

• I have added a calendar in the Bulletin, however there is a potential issue with it, which is that it is possible that it may appear Blank if it hasn't been shared with you, or you are not logged into your Bushburg account when trying to access it. I shared the calendar with most of you, but if you are not able to see it, go to this link, and if it still doesn't work, please notify Laura.

• Just in case you are not able to see the calendar, these are this week's updates:

• Monday: January 4th - We have Delivery of Water and Seltzer and the Coffee Order ships today as well, which means it will be delivered sometime this week. Please be on the lookout for it, and as per popular demand we will be receiving more neutral flavored coffee as opposed to Flavored coffee.

• Also, we will be placing the Fulton Office Monthly Order, so please make sure to send me a list of all needed items. Joe, Tanaya and Sam, please provide your list by Tuesday this week.

• We are also working this week with setting up the phone system and the extensions properly to maximize effectiveness. Updates will be given once finalized.

• And we are almost done with the new Box template so very soon we will be starting with the implementation and training for it. Stay tuned for updates.

• Our holiday calendar with a list of Holidays for the entire year 2021 will be distributed next week.

• And lastly, we are requesting that you take a moment to answer the following Google Form about Job Descriptions. We are looking to get as much information from everyone as possible in order to make the most of the Self Evaluations that will take place in the next coming weeks. Your participation is very much needed. Please click link to answer. We are making a deadline to submit answers by January 8th, 2021
