Office News
Welcome to another week. It's crazy to think that half a year has gone by already. It seems like only yesterday we were planning our move to office 215, and we have grown so much this year. We have been evolving, and we will continue to do so moving forward.
Today is Ford Sypher's first day at Bushburg, make sure to give him a warm welcome when you see him!
This week we have a few things to watch out for:
Water delivery is delayed and it is supposed to come in on Monday.
Gatorade and extra cups scheduled to arrive on Tuesday
Updates and New Features
In the next weeks we are going to be transferring to a new payroll company, for now, only employees who get paid from GR1 Group LLC will do the transfer starting July 1st. But you will be invited to start setting up your account no later than next week. More information will be provided soon.
We are changing the way Standard work is being tracked. Please check out Sam's Post on Slack Standard-work Channel: (see below a copy of his message)
We are shifting how we log and seek approval for the SW project to further streamline and leverage Wrike's project management capabilities. This change will:
Create heightened visibility for team leads.
Manage via a simple task based system.
Create a simple approval process.
Give you one central place to work out of (not having to click and log in multiple places).
An easy space to communicate.
One portal to attach all files needed.
All the SW's that you have chosen that were either in the "approval" que or in the "being worked on" tab (from Google Sheets) have been moved for you into Wrike. Please go into Wrike and confirm that your SW's are there and in the proper place, with the proper status. (@Mendel Laine is in the process of assigning your approvers in the proper tasks that you have already put in the "Approval" in Google Sheets - this should eliminate a lot of re-work and just means this process is for going forward.)If you have any questions or confusion please reach out. Please take a minute to read the SW we created Click here (it should answer most of your questions), it has been changed to implement the changes mentioned above. Please use use to confirm you've seen this. Thank you all for your participation and understanding.
