Office News

We would like to thank everyone who filled out the Organizational Design Survey, your participation is greatly appreciated as it will significantly impact Bushburg's structural future.
Water delivery is scheduled to come on Wednesday, May 19th.
We also hired a Cleaning Company that will be coming in twice a week at the end of the day to clean the office. Their regular schedule will be Tuesday and Thursday nights. Please make sure that you clean up after yourselves, especially on Fridays, not to leave any food in the garbage or in the fridge that could spoil over the weekend.
Reminder to read the Bushburg Team Norms, so that we can memorize them and allow them to become second nature.

Viventium - the payroll company for the New York Employees, is stopping the printing of checks and is requesting that people start switching to Direct Deposit. The last day to get a paper check will be next week. Please make sure to fill out a Direct Deposit form and send it to me on Slack no later than next week Monday.
Payroll - We will also be switching to a different Payroll company as of July 1st, this company also only accepts direct deposit for payments. When we start using this new company payroll will be submitted on Mondays and Checks will come in on Friday instead of Thursdays and the Payroll dates will be from Sunday to Saturday instead of from Monday through Sunday. More information will be provided as the day approaches.
PTO Requests will be submitted directly through the new payroll provider instead of using a form starting in July. More information will be provided in mid June.
