Office News

  • This week we are going to be talking about Bushburg Norms, Jordan will be sharing with you all the proposed Bushburg norms this morning. Please make sure to read them and comment and provide feedback. Team norms establish clear, agreed-upon behavior, how the work will get done, and what team members can expect of each other. This is a key way to built trust, which is critical for team success.

  • We will also continue to work on formatting the Standard Work to fit on the Notion Website. Many of us should have our second meeting with Sam this week. Remember to be ready for those meetings.

  • We are doing a Part 2 Slack training, for those of you who may still have some questions, or were not able to attend last week. Feel free to drop by at 12pm to the Conference Room.

  • Changes are being made to the process of requesting PTO, please see description on the PTO-Requests Channel in Slack.
