Office News

I would mark today, April 5th, 2021 as the beginning of a new chapter for Bushburg. We are all settled into our now office and we are welcoming Jordan Franklin into our home.

I hope you all had a nice Holiday and were able to spend it with your loved ones.

• Birthdays Today April 5th is Solly's Birthday! We would like to wish him the best, even though he is right now on a far away land at the beach enjoying his birthday to the max. Don't forget to wish him a Happy Birthday when he comes back this week. Also, our brand new Team Member Jordan Franklin will be celebrating his birthday this week as well on April 8th! Welcome and Happy Birthday!

• Holidays The Holidays of Passover and Easter are over and some of us are going to be traveling back, but we expect everyone to be back by Wednesday.

• Website Updates We have added more Training Resources, specifically more information about using Slack, as we should be starting to use it soon.

• Other Updates This week the Cleaning Lady will be coming over on Wednesday instead of Tuesday and as usual on Friday.

Software Updates and New Features

• Wrike has come up with an update, if you have been using Wrike, I'm sure you must have seen it. They call it the New Wrike Experience. If you need help with this, feel free to go to: Wrike Help Center and you can also sign up for a 20 minute course that explains all the new features. • Rent Manager As I mentioned last week, there is a new feature in Rent Manager called Web Chat, this feature will help tremendously on making a switch to Rent Manager vs ManageGo. You can log in to RMU (Login can be found here) and search for Web Chat

• Rent Manager Weekly Webinar - Reservable Amenities & Community Calendar This week Rent Manager is having a webinar at 2 PM on April 8th on these new features. I encourage the office Reps to check it out. You can register for the webinar here.
