Welcome to the middle of the month!

This week's Bulletin will be short and sweet, as there are not many updates. But I would like to point out a few things.

Please remember to update your email signature so that it says Suite 215 instead of 400, also, I have included a note in the top saying ***Note our new mailing address: to bring attention to the change. Additionally, make sure that the fax number is removed from the signature as we no longer have that fax number. See example below:

Cleanliness

A topic I want to bring attention to. First of all, we have finally found a cleaning lady that will be coming consistently. Her name is Nilda and she will be coming in on Tuesdays and Fridays.
But we would like to point out that every person is responsible for their own garbage. (If you don't have your own garbage can, let me know) When your garbage is full is your responsibility to take it outside (please ask Jeffrey for the location of the garbage area outside) We are trying to keep our office as clean as possible, so everyone needs to do their part.
Also, make sure that you clean after yourself at all times.

Virtual Key

The office has the ability to use a smart phone to open the door instead of a keyfob. We will assume that most people will want to have that option, but if you rather have a keyfob, instead of use your phone, or if you don't have a smartphone, then please email me and write in the Subject Line: Virtual Card letting me know if you would like to have a keyfob instead of using your phone.
