Today is first of the month, and also a day of a Major Snow Storm Orlena.

Mayor Bill de Blasio on Sunday night issued a state of emergency order due to the monster storm that’s expected to wallop New York City.

Residents were urged to stay home during the storm — with all non-essential travel restricted beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday. “This is a very dangerous storm,” the mayor said on NY1.

We at Bushburg are considered essential workers, so Property Managers and Supers are expected to come to work and make sure that the buildings are taken care of and Tenant emergencies are handled. However, we ask that you take the necessary precautions when traveling and stay safe.

Office employees on the other hand should stay home safe and warm and work remotely. We expect everyone to work from home and reach out to me with any concerns.
