On this week's Bulletin:

I am working on transferring the Bulletin to the Wix Site as opposed to the Google Site, and in the meantime I will be sending the weekly notices through email with Links to articles on the site when necessary

As a reminder the Amex cards have been Frozen for a few days, so nothing will be able to be ordered these days. Please note that this includes no Amazon, Staples, Home Depot or any of the Hardware stores that we have an account with, being that they use the Amex Card. If you need to make a purchase on those days, please reach out to Tuli. The days of the Amex Freeze will be from 12/20 to 12/22. Property managers, please make sure you inform your Supers about this.

  1. This week is Christmas, and I would like to remind you that on Christmas all field employees are off. Supers and Porters and Doormen will have the day off. There should be no collection calls done that day and most tenants will not want to have work done in their units that day either. (Same as Thanksgiving) that day also Banks are Closed, and the Post office will be closed, so there will be no mail to sort or checks to deposit. If you are one of the employees that work until 12pm on Fridays, please feel free to work from home that day and catch up on emails or any other projects that you may have pending. Please reach out to me by the end of the day Monday if you need a project to work on. I would like to wish all our Staff members who celebrate it a Very Merry Christmas!

  2. This week's article is on Communication in the Workplace, as this seems to be one of the things that we struggle with at work. Improving Communication in the workplace will help make everyone's job a lot easier and less time consuming, as it will eliminate the back and forth and investigative work that it is needed when you have to try and figure out what it is requested of you.

Feel free to look around this site and let us know if you have any tips or ideas on what would you like to see here and how to navigate it easier. Your opinions are important. Thank you!
