Office News

Happy 4th of July! Hope you were able to enjoy the weekend with your loved ones, and maybe catch a glimpse of the Fireworks last night. Today is Independence Day observed, and as a federal holiday banks and post office will be closed, and most of us will be either not working, or working from home. The Field Employees will be out for the most part, and the Flagler and Fulton offices are closed.


As a reminder, this will be the first week we are receiving payroll from Justworks, and this means that the money will be direct deposited on Friday instead of Thursday.


Another thing that we would like to request is that PTO requests be requested through the Justworks portal for those employees under GR1 Group LLC. There are a few employees who requested time off this week, so please take a few minutes to enter the request directly. Thank you!


Software Updates and New Features

  • Wrike & Slack Integration Update Now when you send a link to a task in Slack, the task details appear in the chat. No need to click on the link. This functionality is the same for folders and projects.

  • Wrike - Importing Budget Data via Excel - Import data to the budget field via Excel. The user must have access to financial details and permission to edit financial information.

  • Rent Manager Updates: You can find the new Rent Manager Release Notes here with new changed related to the Make Ready Board, Service Manager and Inspections.
